A unique token string that identifies each client app instance.
Package name of the application where the registration token must match in order to receive the message.
Normal priority messages are delivered immediately when the app is in the foreground. For backgrounded apps, delivery may be delayed.
Messages will not be allowed to be delivered to the app while the device is in direct boot mode.
